A guideline for figuring out where your commissions and referrals come from and really the simplest way to view ACT! E-marketing, Swiftpage and ACT! 2010:
Any customer who creates a completely brand new, ACT! E-marketing/Swiftpage account through ACT! 2010 will have referrals paid out by Sage. Everything before the use of ACT! 2010 will be paid out by Swiftpage.

Every reseller should know how to resell Bright Peak creative solutions as it is an easy process and helpful creative solution for a service that is requested often:
Step 1) Sell your client on a Bright Peak package
*Resellers will receive commissions on pre-defined packages or custom packages, as listed on the Bright Peak website, not individual creative pieces. Each package is designed with a Drip Marketing campaign in mind and will be a perfect compliment for reselling Drip Marketing to your clients. You may also customize a Drip Marketing campaign to fit your clients needs and adjust the Bright Peak Package as needed to then have Bright Peak create the creative pieces needed for the campaign.
Step 2) Complete the Bright Peak project brief
The Bright Peak Project Brief has been designed to help you walk your client through the creative process. Simply provide your client’s contact information, describe which package they will be receiving by checking off the appropriate fields, and then note any additional concepts if necessary. The “concepts” option is an additional design layout the designer will provide to the client for an additional fee. This is helpful when the client doesn’t have any idea how they want their piece to look.
Once you have selected the pieces to be built, you will describe the call to action and purpose of each piece and then provide an overall description of your client’s company, goals, etc. to give the designers a feel for what design will be the most effective.
This creative process will require you being the initial liaison between Bright Peak and your client as outlined in the easy–to-use Project Brief. We suggest that you bill accordingly for your time in this process. You will receive your 10% commission after the final project is billed to the client from Swiftpage. Please also note that this is a non-recurring commission as the service being provided requires a one-time payment and not a monthly subscription.

posted in the Reseller Portal. The chart compares the features that Swiftpage, Constant Contact, and Vertical Response have to offer. It breaks down individual features such as Program Integrations, On Demand E-mail Marketing Features, and Marketing Automation Features.
In many ways, this chart highlights the benefits of using Swiftpage over two of our main competitors. It is a great tool for you to print out and take with you when meeting with clients to help point out these key advantages in a very concrete way.

Swiftpage has set up subgroups in LinkedIn for North America, UK, Australia, and Global Resellers. The purpose of the subgroups is to provide a networking group to help you work with other resellers in your region. Also, Swiftpage will be posting information that is specific to the four different areas in these subgroups. Groups will be a good source of information for topics that relate directly to your region.
Take advantage of these groups and use them to discuss important topics. In having region specific groups, it is our goal to provide a location for Swiftpage resellers to work together as a community and to better understand how to use and sell Swiftpage producs in the most successful way possible.

Print these PDFs out in color and take them with you when meeting with your clients to help break down their options in order to provide them with the best possible service level for their small business. Below is an example of the Swiftpage Pricing PDF.

Also available on the Swiftpage Reseller Portal are PDF brochures on Swiftpage integrations including ACT!, SalesLogix, and SageCRM. Other brochures posted include Drip Marketing, Swiftpage General , 10 Email Marketing Tips (Front and Back), and SPAM and Delivery Tips (Font and Back). These brochures are good resources to have with you while meeting with clients along with the pricing PDFs. They will help you provide visuals on what Swiftpage has to offer and also provide your clients with something to take with them to help refresh their memory on the highlights that Swiftpage has to offer.
